REST IN PEACE MY BROTHER - BLESSING SAMUEL.

Blessing Samuel:

My Brother, we have laughed together, shook hands together, cried together, knelt down together, mourned together , had good times together and been thru the general struggles of life together , since Father died in 1996. After your Masters' Degree, Mother secured you a job in the University of Calabar, where she works, so you could stay close to Her, as you have always bee...n an Educationist. You instilled in me, the spirit of Academic Excellence while as student of 'Federal Government Girls' College, Calabar.

You visited me a few weeks ago and gave me several reasons to take up NYSC after obtaining my BSC certificate, 8 years ago. Little did I know it was my last "Hello Big Brother", from me to you. With you, I was calculated with every step in life cos I saw the actual meaning of modesty and discipline, you inspired me a million ways. You gave Mother, reasons to live and be happy again , especially as you both worked together on campus.

A part of me has left with you. I will treasure your memories forever, my life will never be the same again without you. Most times, I wonder if the days ahead are worth my taking. It's still like a dream to me. I wish you journey mercy as you walk thru the land of peace. You died at 30 but left a legacy people more than twice your age haven't established.

I will carry on Blessing, all the legacies you left. I have cried and been devastated, dealing with the thoughts of you and father but into God's hands, I commit your spirit. We shall meet again, someday to part no more. Until then, I remain your sister, Wofai Samuel, even in death.
The family bond we share, I will continue to uphold. I love you more than tears can explain, I love you beyond mortal imagination.

You are my blood, my own, my brother and my peace.

 Rest in Peace Blessing Samuel.
Adieu My Brother!

Indeed: "Death is a great interrupter of dreams, Dreams of a better tomorrow.
All we owe those who have answered theirs', is prayers".
    ...
I share in the grief of my Mother for the eternal journey of her son and my Brother, Blessing Samuel.
Nothing can be more painful after loosing a Father .
There is only one consolation, one day, we shall all re-unite in God's throne, where there is no more sorrow, to part no more.
May the Soul of Blessing Samuel, find rest in the Lord. Amen!
    Farewell My Brother!!!
